J.O. Ritchey Society
Established in 1983 and named after James Oscar Ritchey, a beloved Indiana University physician, the J.O. Ritchey Society recognizes individuals who make planned gift commitments to benefit the Indiana University School of Medicine. In so doing, it perpetuates and honors Dr. Ritchey’s unwavering commitment to his patients and his beloved School.
Benefits to participation in the J.O. Ritchey Society:
- Helping to ensure the future of the School of Medicine and the health and well being of generations to come
- Invitations to special events at the School of Medicine
- Updates on the School’s programs
The best reward for your gift is the knowledge and satisfaction that you have made a difference in the lives of others. Nevertheless, the School of Medicine appreciates the generosity of alumni and friends. For this reason, donor recognition societies have been establised to thank individuals who have made philanthropic gifts.
